Configuring the iPhone for Active Sync (Calendar & Contacts) **Active Sync requires FirstClass Synchronization Services 9.1 build 10 (or later)** Tap Settings [Image:1.jpg] Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars [Image:2.jpg] Tap Add Account [Image:3.jpg] Tap Microsoft Exchange [Image:4.jpg] Enter your Email address, and the Username and Password of your FirstClass account. Domain should remain blank. Tap Next. [Image:5.jpg] Enter the Server address provided to you by your help desk / FirstClass Administrator (ignore http://). Tap Next. [Image:60.jpg] You will see the following error. Ignore it and click Save. [Image:7.jpg] Turn off the Mail portion of Active Sync. You can also disable Contacts or Calendars if you don't wish to sync one of them. Click Save. [Image:8.jpg] Tap your newly configured account. [Image:9.jpg] Set Use SSL to OFF. [Image:10.jpg] Go back to your desktop and tap Settings again. [Image:1.jpg] Tap Fetch New Data. [Image:12.jpg] Set Push to OFF, and the Fetch schedule to Manually. [Image:13.jpg] Tap Advanced. [Image:14.jpg] Set this to Manual. [Image:15.jpg] You're done! Your contacts and calendar will be synched whenever you access those containers on your iPhone.
